Brawco, Inc. was founded by Michael Chandler in 1984. Later incorporated, Brawco became a licensed general contractor in Alabama.

BRAWCO provides services including concrete patching, sandblasting, bushhammering, waterproofing, dampproofing, water repellants, caulking, sealants, deckcoatings, epoxy coatings, preformed expansion joints, architectural waterproof coatings and more.
Brawco, Inc. is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Birmingham Construction Industry Authority, as it is 100% woman owned.
BRAWCO, Inc. is an active member of the Alabama Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and was recognized as a 2004 winner of the Award of Excellence in the category of Renovation - Under $2 million, Non-Historical Structure; the project was Briarwood Presbyterian Church Exterior Building Sealant Replacement Project.
BRAWCO, Inc. is also an active member of the Alabama Subcontractors Association, and is an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) with the Associated Builders and Contractors Alabama Chapter.
